Hi, I’m Raquel, Your Anti-Diet Nutritionist!

I’ve gotta share a secret with you… I may be a nutritionist and health coach now, but that wasn’t always the case. In fact, if someone would have told me years ago that I would be interested in mindful eating, self-love, and helping women with body image, I would have NEVER believed them! 

 I mean, I was the girl who looked into the mirror and never liked what she saw. I was the girl who dreaded summer because I didn’t want anyone to see my body. I was the girl who used to hide the evidence of me binging foods like pizza or ice cream because I thought it was shameful and “bad.” I was the girl who struggled with a binge eating disorder and body image issues.

So what happened to turn my body insecurities into success? I’d love to say I had a moment of clarity and decided to treat my body like a temple, but that would be a total lie. The truth is that I hit rock bottom with dieting and my eating disorder, that I was forced to change my ways. I was on a low calorie diet, yet again, and my hair started falling out and my hormones were out of whack! I knew something had to change. I was so sick of feeling this way.

Fast forward a few years and I have learned to love my perfectly imperfect body and will never diet again. I am far from perfect, but things are much better than they used to be. I spent years educating myself in nutrition, health, and coaching and truly believe in a mind, body, and spirit connection. I’ve combined all my personal experience and professional expertise in a proven SYSTEM that can finally show you how to love your body and improve your health by improving your relationship with food and self. No starving yourself, no willpower required, and even if you have tried everything else and failed – you can do this.
